Privacy policy
How MIR Concrete Floor Leveling handles the information you share with us.
What we collect
When you ask for a quote we receive what you choose to send: your name, phone number, email address (optional), the type of work, the size of the area, your message, photos of your floor and how you heard about us. Quote requests from this website are sent to us through WhatsApp or your own email app, and calls come to our business phone.
Like most websites, we may use Google Analytics, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand how visitors find and use the site — for example which pages are viewed and whether someone taps "Call" or sends a quote request. These tools use cookies or similar technology and collect device and usage information, not your name.
These tools only switch on after you accept them in the cookie banner; until then Google receives only cookieless, anonymous signals and the Meta Pixel does not load. You can change your choice at any time: cookie choices. The site also remembers in your browser (local storage, for up to 90 days) how you first found us, such as a Google search or a Facebook post, so a quote request can say where you heard about us. It stays on your device and is only sent to us if you send a request.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to you, book and carry out your estimate and job, send your quote and invoice, and improve our website and advertising. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that make the above possible (for example WhatsApp/Meta, Google and our email and hosting providers), and only as needed. These providers may store data outside Canada.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing quotes@mirconcretefloorleveling.ca or calling (437) 224-3774. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and manage ad preferences in your Google and Facebook account settings.
